VINPRIDE-PM 1 (manufactured by Zee Laboratories) is a combination oral anti-diabetic medication used to manage Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.

Glemipiride (1 mg): A sulfonylurea that stimulates the pancreas to release more insulin. 
Metformin Hydrochloride (500 mg, as Extended Release/ER): A biguanide that lowers glucose production in the liver and improves insulin sensitivity.
Pioglitazone (15 mg): A thiazolidinedione that helps the body tissues respond better to the insulin it makes.
Common Side Effects
Hypoglycemia (low blood sugar—shakiness, sweating, dizziness)
Headache, nausea, or mild digestive upset
Upper respiratory tract infections or sinus inflammation
Potential for Vitamin B12 deficiency with long-term metformin use
